Turtle Ship

An ironclad warship shaped like a turtle invented by Admiral Yi, Sun-Shin in 1592 or so, during the reign of King Sonjo of the Choson Dynasty. The turtle ship was a newly created sea tank originating from spear ships and firearms and wooden board covered warships.

A junk ship is a wooden boat used in China. A junk ship has two or three masts or sails and is used to carry food and supplies from the country to the country. People and whole families live on a junk ship. This is because there are so many people that live in China there is not enough room for them to live in land.

Roman Warship

Long banks of oars propelled the roman warship swiftly through the water and into battle. Roman cargo ships featured the same distinctive square sails, but warships often had additional protective coverings to shield them from fire and missiles.
